Do you have private health insurance with extras?
Every year many people have a significant amount of private health rebates that go unused. Most private health insurance companies roll over either at the end of the calendar year or at the end of the financial year. If you are unsure, we recommend contacting your insurer to find out when your new benfits roll over.
As many insurance companies do not regularly offer loyaty bonuses anymore, we recommend contacting your health insurance company to see if you can improve your benefits or premiums and sometimes threating to 'leave' to get the best deal possible. Please remember that sometimes if you do change providers, there may be a waiting time for certain services.
